This is a Live audio only guided Meditation class that anyone, regardless of Meditation experience, can listen to and benefit from. The class is offered on Zoom and can be accessed via computer, smartphone or cell phone. This is a Mindfulness based non-religious Meditation where we will focus on relaxing the body and mind and working on different themes. Each class will bring focus to helping us meet the challenges we are all facing. We will do meditations on reducing and eliminating stress and anxiety, work on addressing our fears, learn where depression stems from and address this, address loneliness, address anger, understand why we binge and how to eliminate this, create the steps necessary to bring about any change you seek, and so much more. There is no fee for these classes. To access these classes, you can call in from a cell phone or traditional telephone, use a desktop or laptop computer, or a tablet. You do not need a video camera or a device that shows video as this is an audio only class. At the end of the class, we will have a chance to interact, ask questions and discuss.
