Learn to meditate on New Years Day and learn how to keep your New Years resolution(s). Each year, people make New Years resolutions only to find that they didn’t put into place the necessary steps to help them to achieve their resolution. The reason why many people fail to meet their resolution is that they do not remove the obstacles that will prevent them from achieving their resolutions. In today's class, you will be able to identify the obstacles, look at them, and see what needs to be done to remove these obstacles. Learn How to Meditate this year and open up your life to all the things you wish for in life.
