Learn How to Meditate (Free Class) 10/14/2018
October 14 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pmFree
If you have never been taught by a qualified teacher “How to Meditate”, this is the class for you to attend. It is a simple, easy to learn method that anyone can learn.
It’s appropriate for anyone of any age (you may bring a child to learn how to meditate if he/she can sit quietly while the class is being conducted – if you’re not sure, please wait for one of my classes for children).
This is a non-religious form of Meditation. And it’s not just for Hipsters, “hippies”, or any group of people that you think Meditation is for. It’s for EVERYONE!
I have taught people from 7 to 77+ how to meditate. If you have anxiety and/or stress in you life, if you cannot sit still, if you cannot quiet your mind, if you’re always worrying, if you have anger, if you are sad, if you are depressed, if you’re self-medicating, if you’re grieving….
…this class is for you.
